Our story begins with Eddy Rossi, who grew up in Griffith, NSW, surrounded by the rich traditions of his Italian family with roots in Northern Italy. From an early age, Eddy was inspired by the artistry of winemaking, an appreciation passed down through culture, family, and a lifelong connection to the land.
Guided by this passion, Eddy went on to study Viticulture at Charles Sturt University, refining his skills and laying the foundation for a career dedicated to exceptional winemaking. Over the past 40 years, Eddy has continued to share his expertise and enthusiasm for the craft, shaping the vineyard with knowledge, care, and an unwavering commitment to quality.
Today, here in the beautiful Southern Highlands, our family continues this journey together. With Eddy still at the heart of our vineyard, every bottle reflects the tradition, passion, and hands-on dedication that have defined our story from the beginning.
